Time is a funny thing, it seems to pass in a blink. We open our second location in just ONE WEEK. Wow, time flies! We were busy this week with new computer programs and networks. Yesterday and today is training for our 4 new retail customer service team members. We are so excited about the great additions to our team! Next week we will be training 6 estheticians to get them ready for some serious pampering.
I don't want to jinx myself, but things are moving along very nicely with no big hiccups so far (although I've had to call certain vendors/people daily to make sure things get DONE) ...and don't get me wrong, there are still a ton of things to do!There have been some challenges with our new labels and packaging, but I am confident that will work out too. We're very excited to launch Tiber's refreshed look.
What a crazy storm yesterday morning. A tree hit our house and knocked out the power. The power also went out at the store in the middle of computer training and our new server with only 15 minutes of battery backup was challenged.
Well, my plan of getting up earlier so I can get work done is definitely not working this morning since everyone else in my house has decided to get up too. I will do what I can. Have a fabulous weekend and I promise more regular, interesting blogs next week!

I just read Kal's blog, and see that you guys have a new location. I LOVE the new look for Tiber River. Modern and chic, as the other logo was as well. But change is always good for business. I'm in town in a week (I live in Calgary). Will try and stop by and get some products for myself and my upcoming baby.
