Today we are celebrating Tiber River's birthday. While our store has been open 2 years, the business is now in it's seventh year!! What a ride it has been!! Tomorrow, I will post some pictures, showing the evolution of TRN. We have come a long way from a small little area in my basement to our beautiful store and a production facility. LIFE WELL LIVED TIP #9 - Develop a hobby. Tiber River began from a hobby of making soap, taught to me by my grandmother. Today, we celebrate our 2nd year on Academy Road and our 7th year in business. A hobby is not just an excuse to get out of the house or away from the chaos, it is actually good for you. Mind-body research has actually shown that pursuing things you love will strengthen your immune system, reduce stress and improves memory. It doesn't matter what it is - knitting, painting, writing, running, dancing, singing, gardening (you get the point). As long as you really enjoy it, it will actually make you healthier. And who knows where it may take you!!
